I'm Heather, a NE Ohio mixed-media artist and I create storybooks and art for children and those who fancy themselves whimsical.

I often share the evolution of my art pieces on my social media. Here are a few of my person favs that I've created recently. Enjoy and have the very best today!

Moonchild

Meet Moonchild. This lil lady is the art featured on the cover for my third storybook, "Feeling Feathery" She is one of my favorite pieces.

Calliope

Calliope is my version of a magical cat. She is mostly created with wet on wet brush work. Calliope is indeed quite magical in person.

The Accidental Axolotl

Meet The Accidental Axolotl. I paint a lot of random made in my brain flower. One day I looked down at one and walah, this gal was born.

Eyes of the World

Eyes of the World is one of my favorite songs ever. This piece is quite special because she went to an old friend of mine.

Joy Bird

Ah, Joy Bird. She us a beaut. Those small circles you see on her were painted with small Funyons on my fingertips. Tis true.

Jiggly

This lady is the cover of my second storybook, The Jellyfish Wolves. She absolutely has a special place in my heart.
